For example, if you activated your phone on April 12, your monthly payment will be due on the 12th of every month thereafter. Since MetroPCS is a prepaid service, payment must be received every month. Customers who already have MetroPCS accounts can activate a phone by calling MetroPCS' toll-free number, (888) 863-8768, and giving them the model and ESN number of the wireless telephone they want to activate. The phones also can be activated by visiting a company store or independent retailer.
