Find fresh wheatgrass. You can find fresh wheatgrass at your local juice bar or your local health food store. Buying fresh-squeezed wheatgrass juice from a juice bar is the easiest way to get your daily dose, but it can be expensive. You can buy trays of wheatgrass at a health food store and juice your own at home, but you'll need a wheatgrass juicer!

Drink fresh wheatgrass juice. It is said that you will get many more benefits out of fresh wheatgrass juice than you will by taking tablets, powder, or prepackaged juice. The reason for this is because there are living enzymes on fresh wheatgrass, which aid in the digestion and metabolic processes and aid in overall health.

Use wheatgrass for other things. Wheatgrass can be used as a colonic implant (to absorb larger quantities into the body), for douching, as skin cream, shampoo and more.
