How to Exercise in the Morning

Exercise is an activity that we all should participate in on a regular basis. The problem for some of us is finding the time to exercise during the day. The best time to exercise is in the morning. There are several reasons for this including time management and efficiency.

      Set your alarm clock the night before and prepare your exercise clothes. Ask your spouse or partner to join you for moral support.
