How to Create a Bypass Proxy
A bypass proxy is created to get around a network server's blacklisting process. This blacklist blocks the access to resources based on IP address or region. The server recognizes the address and restricts access. A bypass proxy website uses code running on an intermediate computer to block the originating computer's IP address from the server; this allows access to resources as long as the intermediate server you are using is not in the restricted list. Luckily, the code for the intermediate computer is readily available and just needs to be placed on an existing website server.

1
Create your own website if you do not have one already. You do not need to spend money on this. You can create a free site through Webs.com or Weebly.com. Simply type in a desired site name and password and you're all set to go.
-
2
Design the look of the site. It does not have to be anything flashy. You can select a predesigned template that adds a background to all the pages on the site (you need only one page for the bypass site). Add text or images by clicking "Add Text" or "Add Image."

3
Navigate to the link provided in the Resources section below. This site enables you to install a CGI bypass proxy on the website.
-
4
Click "CGIProxy" when the page loads. Leave the version selection as is and click "Next." Accept the license agreement to go to the next page. Type the domain name of the site as well as the password. You do not have to fill out the rest of the information, as it is optional.
-
5
Click "Next," then "OK." The CGI Proxy bypass will upload onto the site. You can now use the website you created as a bypass proxy. Type the desired URL into the search bar and you will be using the IP address of your intermediate web server and not the IP of your computer. All of the sites that you visit will only see your intermediate web server as the information requester.
