- purified water
- lemons
- maple syrup
- cayenne pepper

Step 1
Getting started:
Anytime is a good time to start a detox cleanse, but you do need to make sure that you have the time to concentrate on it. Because of this you might think about doing one on a weekend. -
Step 2
Mix the recipe:
Pour a glass of warm water to which you will add a pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 TBS. or the juice from 1/2 of a lemon and 2 TBS. of grade B maple syrup. Mix well and drink. -
Step 3
Follow the detox program:
Over the next two days you will be drinking approx six to eight glasses of the lemon detox drink a day. Doing this over the weekend makes for a fast detox but you'll still see some good results and should find yourself up to five pounds lighter by the end of the two day period.
