      Pour a glass of warm water to which you will add a pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 TBS. or the juice from 1/2 of a lemon and 2 TBS. of grade B maple syrup. Mix well and drink.

      Over the next two days you will be drinking approx six to eight glasses of the lemon detox drink a day. Doing this over the weekend makes for a fast detox but you'll still see some good results and should find yourself up to five pounds lighter by the end of the two day period.
