- Crayons, markers, stickers
- Balloons and streamers in Oso colors
Print invitations off of the Disney website, or, if you're feeling crafty, print out the black and white pictures of Special Agent Oso. Fold a piece of construction paper in half, and use a glue stick to attach the picture on the front. Let the child color around the invitation. Write the party details on the inside.
Decorate with streamers, balloons and more in blue and yellow, the primary colors of Agent Oso. Print out some coloring pages to use as place mats. If you have a sidewalk leading into your house, draw yellow paw prints on it to guide guests to the front door.
Set up some games based on "Oso" episodes. In one, Oso made cone birthday hats. Cut out 10-inch circles from construction paper. Have the kids color and decorate the paper with crayons and stickers. Cut a line from the edge to the center of the circle and bring the edges together to form a cone shape. Use a hole-puncher to punch two holes in the cone, then attach yarn or string through the holes to tie under the children's chins. Oso also goes on training missions. Cut big circles, squares, and triangles out of different colored construction paper. Scatter the shapes on the floor around the room. Tell the kids they must get across by only stepping on one shape or one color.
For food, you could try to make a cake based on the character. The "Outlaw Mom" based one off a Wilton stand-up bear set. See the link for a guide. Oso did make a healthy salad in one episodes, but most kids probably wouldn't be thrilled with that. Pizza, on the other hand, could be a huge hit. Buy personal pan-sized pizza dough and have the kids use three special steps to put toppings of their choosing on the pizza. Throw them in the oven while the kids color their place mats.
