1
Adjust your stance. Pull your trail foot back slightly, about an inch, depending on how much hook you want. This will create a closed stance. This will encourage your swing to go inside out, which is essential to hitting a hook.

2
Change your club face angle. Align the face of your club, slightly to the left of the ball. This is called a "closed" angle. Where you place your club depends on how big of a hook you want. For a slight hook, set the center of your club face slightly to the left of the ball. For a bigger hook, move your club face farther to the left. You are going to have to play around with this a little on the range to see what amount of closure gives you the hook you want.

3
Roll your forearms as you hit the ball. This action causes your forearms to cross over and is crucial to getting the ball to hook. You want to end your swing with one forearm crossed over the other.

4
Strengthen your grip. If the above things do not produce a hook for you, you may want to strengthen your grip. Rotate your bottom hand around the golf club shaft until you can see three knuckles when you look down at your club.
