How to Make One Towel Origami Kissing Swans
If you've ever been on vacation to a fancy hotel, you might have noticed that your room steward or stewardess folded your towels into intricate shapes. This art form --- called towel folding or towel origami --- can spruce up your guest bedroom, bathroom or your own bedroom for a romantic evening. Try making a pair of kissing swans to impress your guests; they are easy to make and require only two white bath towels.
Instructions

1
Lay one of the large bath towels lengthwise on a flat work surface, such as a bed.
-
2
Fold in the top corner toward the center of the towel to create a triangle on one side. Repeat for the other side so you have a large triangular-shaped towel.
-
-
3
Twist both sides of the triangle inward toward the center of the towel. Twist the towel tightly toward the center until you have folded about six inches down the length of the towel. The twisted part will bend to form the neck of your swan.
-
4
Flip the remaining portion of the towel to the back and stand up the swan so it forms a "2" shape. The head is the top part of the "2" and will stand upright because the towel was folded tightly.
-
5
Create a second identical swan. Place both so they are facing toward one another as though kissing. Sprinkle the bed with rose petals for an added romantic touch.
