These are instructions for a cruise or resort style towel origami design that looks like a pair of kissing swans, or a heart. The kissing swans design is fairly common, but this one is new in that it uses only one towel.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bath towel
  1. Step 1

Start by rolling all the corners in at an angle from the middle of the short ends of the towel. Work a little at a time on each corner to keep it reasonably even. It's important to roll tightly for this design to work.

  2. Step 2

Keep rolling the edges until the meet on the long sides of the towel. Merge the two rolls and keep rolling them to the center. Do this on both long sides of the towel.

  3. Step 3

Pulling on the two points, quickly flip the whole thing over. Fix up the rolls if they came undone at all.

  4. Step 4

Fold up the two points so they meet, then fold them back like this.

  5. Step 5

Fold over the points to form the heads of the swans. Bring the noses together and carefully balance them, so they form the shape of a heart.
