Give yourself a glowing spray tan at home

Here are simple steps to make sure that you get a nice even glow, just like you came back from the Bahamas!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

Spray tan gun (Salon Bronze is a great one)
Towel
Exfoliator
soap and water
Razor
Shaving Cream

Step 1

To begin, Take a shower about 2 hours before you are going to bed. Exfoliate very well with a sugar scrub or loofa over your entire body. Shave your legs, under arms, bikini, or anywhere else that you want your body hair removed.
Step 2

After showering, dry your body with a towel by dabbing the towel all over your skin. You still want to have a slight "dewy" feel to your skin. Remove ALL jewelry before spraying.
Step 3

Insert the tanning product into the gun and stand on a towel. This particular product will spray at all angles evenly. If you are not using this product, make sure that you get a tanning system that sprays 360 degrees. Hold about 10-12 inches from your body and with nice even strokes spray your entire body, including your face if desired. If you do not feel comfortable spraying your face, you can buy a tanning product specifically for your face. I recommend Neutrogena Face Tanner. TAKE YOUR TIME! Make sure that you lift up your arms and legs to ensure complete coverage. Repeat the process one more time until you are confident that you covered all areas of your body. DO NOT REPEAT MORE THAN ONCE!
Step 4

Wash your hands immediately after! You don't want any oompa loompa hands! Let the product dry on your skin before applying your clothing.
Step 5

You are now ready for bed. When you wake up in the morning you will have a refreshed look like you have been on vacation! Shower in the morning before your day has begun to remove any scent that the product left on your body. You might see some brownish color going down the drain, that is normal. Dry off and start your day a new, tan and confidant person! Enjoy!
