Things You'll Need:
- Computer with built in wirless
- modem or wireless modem with built in router
- router

Step 1
You must already have wireless capabilities built into your computer. ALl new computers should come this way. If you go to a public place you should be able to log in by simply pulling up your wireless networks available and hitting connect. There should be an icon that looks like two computers in the lower right hand portion of the computer.

If it is not there go to START-CONTROL PANEL-NETWORK AND INTERNET CONNECTS-CONNECTS.

After that you will want to click on the unsecured network with the most signal bars of the one with the name of the business that is providing your wifi. For example if you are at Java Coffee house and they have wireless when you pull up available connects they should have one listed that says Java Coffee

Step 4
If yoy want to connect to a secure network you must know the web password which can be provided by the owner of the network.
