To catch cat fish or catfish you will need to have a fishing pole, some night crawler worms, 8-10 lb. fishing line. Size 4-8 barbed hooks and 1/2 to 1 ounce of weight. You can use split shots or sliding sinkers with a two way swivel. Depending on the type of catfish your fishing for you will need heavier line.
