      Insert the installation disk that comes with your printer into the CD-ROM drive on your computer. The computer should automatically detect the disk and open the installation window. If the installation window does not automatically open, double-click "My Computer" on the desktop and right-click the CD-ROM drive with the disk. Click "Play."

      Click "I accept" after reading the terms and conditions, and select the location to install the printer drivers to.

      Complete the installation of the drivers and restart your computer. Move to the next step if you do not have an installation disk.

      Navigate to the printer drivers page (see Resources below) and select the drivers that are needed for your printer. Every driver is listed under the printer it supports. Select your operating system and click "Download Now."

      Click "Run" to begin the download. When the download is complete, click "Allow" or "Run." Click "OK" in the "Select the folder where you want to unzip the files to" window.

      Click "Yes to all" when asked if you want to overwrite the folder. Click "OK" in the "All files were successfully unzipped" window. Follow the final prompts to install the printer driver and restart your computer.
