How to Put Pictures in a Signature in Outlook Express

We have all received emails that had elaborate signatures with pictures or HTML encoded into them. A signature is one way to personalize your emails and even promote your company. Outlook Express comes with features that include adding a picture into your signature. With a picture, you can add your business logo or anything that you want to convey about yourself. Spice up your emails and put a picture in your signature by following these steps.

    How to Put Pictures in a Signature in Outlook Express

  1. Step 1

    Open Outlook Express by clicking on the desktop shortcut (if you have one) or by searching for it in the Start Menu.

  2. Step 2

    Click "New" on the upper left corner under "File." You will be taken to a screen for composing a new message.

  3. Step 3

    On the top tool bar, click "Signatures > Signature." Select "New" if you do not have one already and fill in the information that you want to appear on your signature. To edit a previously made one, select the name of your signature from the list provided.

  4. Step 4

    Click the icon of a mountain and a sun under "Edit Signature." Browse for the image that you want to appear in your signature and click "Insert."

  5. Step 5

    Click "OK" to save your signature. Insert it into a message to see how it looks.
