How to Download iTunes to Windows Vista

iTunes is a popular free audio software program that is available for both Mac and PC computers. It allows users to purchase, download, and organize video and audio content. The program requires at least a 1GHz Intel or AMD processor, a resolution of at least 1024 x 768, 512 MB of RAM, QuickTime, an internet connection, and 200 MB of hard drive space.

Things You'll Need

• iTunes 64-bit installer (if running the 64-bit version of Vista)

Instructions

1. Go to the iTunes download page (see Resources) and select your operating system in the upper left hand corner. Then click "Download Now."

2. Select "Save File As." When the download is complete, open the executable file. If Windows asks for your permission, click "Continue".

3. Agree to the license agreement and click "Install." If Windows asks for permission, click "Continue." The installer will install the program.
