Make Easy Pork BBQ (Crockpot)

Pulled pork barbecue sandwiches are so great. They are great for holidays, family gatherings, or having people over. It's a super easy meal and can easily be made in the crock pot and there are only a few ingredients to make this meal (see things you'll need).

Follow this recipe to make pulled pork bbq sandwiches sometime this week!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Crock pot
  • BBQ sauce
  • Pork tenderloin
  • Hamburger buns
  1. Step 1

Cut some of the fat away from the pork tenderloin.

  2. Step 2

Slice the tenderloin in 1-2 inch pieces. This will help the pork shred easier in the crock pot.

Place the meat in the crock pot.

  3. Step 3

Pour BBQ sauce over pork. Use approximately one 18 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce for 4-5 pounds of meat (depending on how much sauce you like on your meat).

  4. Step 4

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir the meat partway through to help it break up a bit. You can save some of the BBQ sauce from the bottle and add it in part way through as well.

  5. Step 5

    Put on bun and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can add onion as well if you like that flavor.
  • Make sure the meat is cooked through.
