After receiving the scar sheets, you are ready to begin your treatment. Begin by washing the scarred area with both soap and water to remove a dirt and grime.

Cut one of the scar sheets to fit the size of your scar ,peel off the liner of one of the adhesive strips ,and place the strip so that it completely covers the scar. All you have to do is leave the adhesive strip on for 12-23 hours a day, meaning that there is no maintenance or precision necessary.

At least once a day, take off the scar sheet and wash the scar with soap and water. The sheets can often be saved to be used over and over again.

Use the sheets daily for 8-12 weeks. After week 12 using the scar sheets, you should notice that the scar is either completely healed or barely noticeable.

    Tips & Warnings

    • If the sheet causes discomfort, do not continue to use it.
