4. Insert graphics into your eBlast to enhance visualization. Only use graphics that you have obtained permission to use in order to avoid copyright infringement.

5. Save your eBlast design when you have finished.

6. Send the eBlast as a test message to yourself to ensure that it looks the way you want it to look before sending it to other individuals.

7. Enter a list of all of the email addresses you would like to send the eBlast to. Only send the eBlast to individuals who have given you permission to send them email about your company or organization. By following this rule, you will lessen your chances of being reported as a spammer.
