How to Buy the Product Key for 2007 Microsoft Office

Software companies are now taking more steps to curb the piracy of their products. Companies and individuals that have purchased software such as Microsoft Office 2007 or will do so in the future, will want to make sure they have valid product keys. Some buyers are not sure how to legitimately purchase these product keys.

Instructions

1. Open your web browser and go to the following URL:
   http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101211561033.aspx

2. Select the Microsoft Office Product for which you need to purchase a product key, and click on the green "Buy Now" button beneath it.

3. Select which of the 2 license key options you wish to purchase from the drop down menu labeled "Optional: License Lock Box: Digital back-up service and license key."

4. Click the button labeled "Continue" at the bottom right of the page.

5. Enter your customer information, make payment with a credit card, and you are finished. You have purchased the product key for Office 2007.

Tips & Warnings

• Be careful not to select the third option from the "Optional: License Lock Box: Digital back-up service and license key" drop down menu. This option will not provide a license key.
