How to Fold a Sheet of Paper
As a business owner or an employee, it is important to remember even the smallest detail makes a big impression. There is a proper way to complete every task, even something as seemingly simple as mailing a piece of written communication, such as a letter or invoice.

Lay the sheet of paper with the text facing up. If the sheet of paper has text on both sides, ensure the side with the beginning of the communication faces up.

Fold up the bottom third of the sheet of paper. The bottom third should rest on top of the mid-section of the sheet of paper.

Fold the top third of the sheet of paper down. The top third should rest on top of the bottom third, which is laying on the mid-section of the sheet of paper.

Press the top and bottom creases to ensure the sheet of paper remains folded. A standard sheet of copy paper or letterhead should now fit perfectly inside a standard business envelope.

Tips & Warnings
If you have more than one sheet of paper, place the papers in order and fold them all together, as opposed to separately, in the same manner described in the article.
When working with sheets of paper, be careful when running your hands along the edges of the paper to prevent paper cuts.
