How to hide vegetables in foods your KIDS love
I am going to show you a very cool way to get your kids eating some very important vegetables with out them even realizing it!
Things You'll Need
- A box of Macaroni and Cheese
- A jar of butternut squash baby food
- Table spoon of margarine
- 1/4 cup of milk

Next add the noodles back into the pan you had started with. On low heat stir in one small jar of Butternut squash baby food. Stir well and let it warm for just a minute. Then you will want to turn off the burner. The Squash makes the macaroni very moist. It also adds creaminess. Your kids will not taste it.

You will now add the milk and margarine. You may also use Butter if you would like in place of the margarine. The amount is less then directed on the package because you will not need all of that extra moisture. Also because it is much healthier. In fact you could cut out all of the margarine or butter if you would like. Finally serve it up to your kids, and taste it your self! Many people do not like the taste of squash and lose out on important nutrients. You will see that if you slip it in this way, you will love it to!
Tips & Warnings
If you would like you can leave out the margarine or butter.
Don't let your kids see you add the squash and see if they notice any difference!

Keep pot handles turned away so children do not grab them
