Step 1
Tools needed to complete this job include spark plug socket, ratchet, torque wrench(optional), extension, and a flat tip screwdriver.

First you need to remove the shield. It’s held on by four bolts.

Find the spark plug wires. Wiggle the booth off the spark plugs.

Use a swivel spark plug socket, ratchet, and extension to remove the spark plugs.

Compare the old spark plug with the new one to ensure proper replacement.

Start the spark plug by hand then tighten with the ratchet wrench. Use torque wrench if you have one to tighten the spark plugs to the torque specifications. Put the spark plug wire back on when finished. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the spark plugs.

Step 7
Find the distributor cap. Pull the coil wire off the distributor cap and set it aside.

Step 8
Remove the screws that hold the distributor cap in place.

Step 9
To replace the rotor, pull it off and push a new rotor in its place.

Step 10
Replace the distributor cap. Then place your new distributor cap in place and screw it down with the retaining screws. Put the coil wire back into the center and you are done.
