1. Check out your local supermarket website for coupons. Coupons are available to print on Kroger's website, Food Lion's website, Ingles website, Pathmarks website - click the Consumer Center, and then coupons, Bi-Lo website- check out promotions and also click on mybi-lo, then you will get coupons.

2. If you have a grocery shopper's card, you will be on the mailing list to receive grocery coupons and promotions. Kroger and Harris Teeter usually sends out coupons in the mail- Watch out for grocery store promotions.

3. Review the back of your grocery receipt every time you go to the grocery store.

4. Some supermarkets have coupon machines on certain aisles. Check this out at your local supermarket and use these coupons to save on the products you buy the most.
