Text might need to appear reversed at times. For example, if you wish to print a logo to iron on a T-shirt, the logo must be reversed so it appears correctly when ironed on the shirt. You can make text appear reversed in Microsoft Word.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Download a mirror font and use it to write in reverse text in Microsoft Word.

  2. Step 2

Use WordArt to type your text and flip it horizontally so it appears in reverse. Go to the "Insert" tab and click on "WordArt." Select a theme and type your text. Click "OK."

  3. Step 3

Print the document in reverse text by selecting "Print" from the "File" menu. Click on the "Properties" button. Click on "Print Layout" and check off the "Mirror" radio button. Click "OK." Go to the "Format" tab. Select the WordArt and click on the "Rotate" button in the "Arrange" section. Then select "Flip Horizontal."
