  • 3 c. Strawberries
  • 1 T. Corn Starch
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • FOR DUMPLINGS:
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 3/4 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 c. Boiling Water

      Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

      To make the strawberry sauce, combine sugar with the cornstarch and water in a medium saucepan.
