How to Convert MPEG3
An MPEG3 file is more commonly known as an MP3. It is a type of audio file that is widely used to play music on computers and other devices. MP3 is not the only kind of audio there is, however; there are other devices and music players that need other formats, like WMA or WAV. A MIDI file, for example, is one that is often used in ring tones for phones. So in order to use one of your MP3 files for a device that doesn't use MP3, you'll have to convert.
