How to Start Outlook Express in Safe Mode
When users encounter a virus or have just recovered from a serious Windows error, launching Windows in Safe Mode can be the best way to diagnose and repair performance problems. Traditionally, Safe Mode disables connectivity, making it impossible to check email in Outlook Express. Thankfully, users can launch Windows in this protective mode and enable networking capabilities. With a few easy steps, you can retain connectivity and access Outlook Express email, while still functioning in Safe Mode.
