This fall there will be more college and professional football on TV than ever before. With major networks and cable channels scrambling to cover the end zone, you will have plenty of choices. It's time for new batteries in the remote.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Televisions
  • Newspaper
  • Internet Access
  • Computers

Step1
Get your local sports page. Any reputable general newspaper will have television and radio listings for the NFL and NCAA games that day.
Step2
Visit your team's official Web site. Using a search engine such as Google, you can quickly find your team's site and schedule.
Step3
Go to the NFL Web site (nfl.com) and check out the TV and radio page.
Step4
For Monday Night Football, check out the schedule page at the ABCSports.com Web site. For Thursday and Sunday night games and constant Sports Center updates, visit ESPN.com's TV listings page. And for Saturday and Sunday college and pro games, log on to FoxSports.com, CBS.SportsLine.com and ABCSports.com.
Step5
Subscribe to "TV Guide" or a cable service with an on-screen guide.

Tips & Warnings

  • The only caveat to the above is if you are in a market where one of these games is played and does not sell out within 72 hours of kickoff. Then the game will be blacked out in the home team's market.
