How to Determine a Proxy Server
A proxy server is a third-party computer system. It acts as a go-between server that receives requests from the system users. The proxy server then applies validation filters to these requests and then connects you to the appropriate main server. Using a proxy server enhances security and can expedite retrieval. Sometimes proxy server protocol details are necessary in order for certain programs to run correctly. There are a few ways to make this determination.
