-
Step 1
Sign into your Blogger account.
-
Step 2
Blogger will automatically bring you to your "dashboard." Click "new post" so you can start blogging.
-
Step 3
Write your blog post as you normally would. Always save your blog posts as you go in case Blogger has a problem with your internet connect. You wouldn't want to lose your post.
-
Step 4
Instead of publishing when you're finished writing it, select "Post Options." You'll find it on the left side under the blog post you just created.
-
Step 5
On the right side, you'll see a date and time option for when you want Blogger to automatically publish your blog post. Change this to fit your needs. You can pick any future date and time; whether it's the next day or a week from now.
-
Step 6
When you're finished setting the time and date for the delayed blog post click "Publish." If you select "Save Now," Blogger will save it as a draft and it will not be published.
-
Step 7
You'll then see your entire list of blog posts. At the top of the list, Blogger confirms the publish date and time. Next to the post, you just wrote, you'll also see the word "scheduled" to indicate that the blog post hasn't yet been published.
