But if one member of your household has been taking care of the task, and suddenly you need to pay the bill and know neither your account number nor where to send the payment, don't despair.

      Call Farmers Insurance at (800) FARMERS. With your address and name, the representative will will be able to locate your account number and can arrange to take a payment from you.

      Stop by a local Farmers Insurance office and drop off your payment. Even if you don't have your account number, an agent at the office should be able to find your information and take your payment.

      Arrange for an automatic payment to be deducted from your bank account. A Farmers Insurance agent can help you set up an automatic payment from your checking or savings account.

      Mail the payment directly to Farmers Insurance. If you know your account number and payment amount, send your payment the old fashioned way, by U.S. mail. Mail it to:

      Pay online at the Farmers Insurance website (see Resources section), where you have the option of enrolling to manage your account and to make online payments. Even if you don't want to enroll, there is an option to make a one-time payment. Click "Make a One Time Payment" on the right side of the home page and follow the instructions. You will need your account number to use the online payment features.
