Lie on your stomach on a smooth surface with your arms underneath. Push yourself up on your hands. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart.

Flatten your back, so your body is parallel to the floor, and balance on your toes.

Break your arms to a 90-degree angle, bringing yourself toward the floor. Push yourself back up to a fully extended position. This works your biceps muscle. Repeat in sets of 10 to 12.

Move a chair to the smooth surface, and stand in front of it as if you were about to sit down.

Place your hands behind you, gripping the edge of the chair with your palms.

Place your feet flat out in front of you, making a triangle between you, the chair and the floor.

Break your arms to a 90-degree angle, bringing your body down toward the chair.

Push your arms back straight. This exercise works out your triceps muscle. Repeat in sets of 10 to 12.
