How to Remove Hair From the Top of the Nose
People with bushy or thick eyebrows sometimes have hair growth that extends to the middle of the eyebrows and even down onto the top of the nose. Though it may seem unnatural and be a source of embarrassment, hair on the top of the nose is actually quite easy to remove with a variety of methods. Facial waxes, depilatory creams and the art of threading can be used interchangeably to remove this unwanted hair. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Gently pluck out the hairs with tweezers. If you don't have any experience and are wary of the procedure, go to a salon or ask a friend or relative with experience to pluck out the stray hairs for you.

2
Use a depilatory cream to chemically disintegrate the hairs. Purchase a brand safe enough to be used on the face. Apply a thin layer of the cream to cover all the hairs and leave on for about 3 minutes, then rinse off. Try Sally Hansen Facial Hair Remover Creme.

Use a gentle facial wax to remove the hair from the top of the nose from the root. Make sure you purchase a type of wax specifically formulated for sensitive facial skin. Apply a thin strip of wax to cover all the stray hairs on the top of the nose, cover firmly with a strip of cloth and remove rapidly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Try Nair's Facial Wax Strips.

Remove hair from the top of the nose by threading. Similar to waxing and tweezing, this method also removes hair directly from the root. It will leave your nose hairless for up to two weeks. Threading involves winding a 24-inch long piece of thread then twisting it to grab onto stray hairs and pull them off. If you've never threaded hair before, it's best to have it professionally done at a beauty salon.

Tips & Warnings
After hair removal, apply some aloe vera gel or vitamin E lotion to soothe the redness of your skin.
Avoid shaving the hair from the top of the nose as it may cause the hairs to grow back thicker and coarser. You may also end up cutting your skin with the sharp razor.

Hi bigbill48, thanks for the comment. Yes, I have heard of men shaving off the pesky hair on the top of the nose. It's normal, but keep in mind that the hair may grow back thicker and coarser. It's best to pluck it out or wax it off about once a month. -
