Gasoline credit cards are usually easy to get.

It is normally very easy to get gas credit cards. Many gas companies offer personal, commercial and visa or mastercard credit cards. A visa or mastercard from a gas company can be used anywhere that visa or mastercard is accepted. The personal and commercial gas cards can normally only be used at the gas stations.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

GAS COMPANIES - Contact the gas companies. It is best to contact the gas companies directly when you are seeking a gas company credit card. It is not necessary to go through any third parties to request a gas company credit card. You can contact them directly at the gas stations, over the internet, by phone or by mail. Chevron, Shell Oil Company, Conoco Phillips, Exxonmobil and BP just to name a few.

  2. Step 2

CREDIT - Supply all of your credit information to the gas company. Just like applying for any credit card, you will need to supply all of your personal and credit information including your social security number. You do need to have some credit and it should be good in order to get a gas credit card.

  3. Step 3

NO CREDIT - Contact Exxonmobil first if you have no credit. It is one of the easiest gas companies to get credit with. You may also want to try Conoco Phillips and Shell Oil. Gas credit cards are some of the easiest credit cards to get but you normally need to have some good credit.
