Things You'll Need:
- Computer with high speed internet

-
Step 1
Before you start your conference call using Skype, make sure you either have sufficient funds in your Skype account or you have a calling plan. Their unlimited calling to the US and Canada plan is about $3/month.
-
Step 2
Check that your headset and microphone are plugged in properly. Use the Echo / Sound Test Service to test your headset and microphone if it's your first time using them. It would not be good to start your online conference call when your participants can't hear you or you can't hear them.
-
Step 3
Call the first person you want invite to your Skype conference call. If you are calling another Skype account, just click on their name and then click the green call button at the top of their page. If you are calling a phone number that they don't have listed click on the call phones button in the lower left hand side of the screen and dial the number. Make sure that you have the correct country selected.
-
Step 4
Once you've connected with the first person, click the add button at the upper right hand part of the Skype screen.
-
Step 5
Skype will take you to a page where you can select a person or multiple Skype users to add or type in phone numbers to call. Click on the name or names and click the arrow to add them to the call.
-
Step 6
