How to Use Cell-Tech & Nitro Tech Stack
Stacking is a process of taking two or more supplements together to get a benefit that is greater than if you took either one by itself. When it comes to building mass, there is a stack put together by the company Muscle Tech. Two of their signature products called Cell-Tech and Nitro Tech are stacked together. These two supplements have whey protein, creatine, taurine and a broad spectrum of amino acids in them that speed recoveries and promote fast muscle growth.

Clean up the diet. When using the Cell-Tech and Nitro Tech stack, eat clean meals. Avoid foods that are high in fat and have empty calories like fast food, refined carbs, alcohol and soda. Eat lean meats, low-fat dairy, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts and legumes.

Do your workout. This supplement stack is to be used immediately after your workout. If you haven't worked out and are just beginning, then a good way to start is with compound exercises as the idea is to put on muscle mass. These exercises involve multiple joint ranges of motion that recruit a maximal amount of muscle fibers. Some exercises include bench presses, squats, deadlifts, back rows, pushups, military press and chin-ups. Perform low reps with high sets and long rest periods. For example 3 to 6 reps of 6 to 8 sets with 2 to 4-minute rest periods.

Prepare your shaker cup. Place 2 scoops of Cell-Tech in your shaker and take it to the gym with you. As soon as you get done lifting, pour 12 ounces of cold water in it, shake it up and drink it. After you have finished it, drink another 8 ounces of water. This will help facilitate faster absorption.

Take the second part of the stack. After you have taken your Cell-Tech, it is now time to take the Nitro Tech. This will be taken 2 hours after your serving of Cell-Tech. Place 1 to 2 scoops of Nitro Tech in your shaker cup, add 4 to 8 ounces of milk of water, mix it up and drink it.

Get maximum results. It is recommended to take 3 daily servings of Nitro Tech for 6 weeks to maximize your results. There is also a loading phase recommended with Cell-Tech. This involves taking 2 servings a day for 5 days, then 1 serving a day after that. In this case, the first serving is to be taken first thing in the morning and the second one immediately after your workout.
