The iPod classic is best known as a personal MP3 music listening device, but it also stores games. The new iPod classic comes preloaded with three games: Klondike, Vortex and iQuiz. Any additional games must be purchased and downloaded through the Apple Store. Games are priced between 99 cents and $4.99. Once downloaded, the games must be loaded onto the iPod classic to be played. iPod classic games are also compatible with the third- and fourth-generation iPod Nano and fifth-generation iPod. They are not compatible with the iPod Touch, iPhone or any other model.
