    • 4

Funnel the catalytic lamp oil into smaller containers. Cap them tightly.

    • 5

Write the contents of the lamp oil containers on self-adhesive labels with permanent marker. Affix a label to each container.

    • 6

Choose a dark, cool spot to store the catalytic lamp oil indefinitely.

Tips & Warnings

  • When choosing your essential oils, take care that you don't settle for a cheap diluted brand. Purchase this item from a good health food store rather than a discount retailer to ensure high quality.

  • Don't substitute ingredients in this recipe, other than your choice of which essential oil scent you wish to use. Don't exceed the recommended amount of essential oil. These are things that can cause your catalytic lamp oil to smoke.
