Badges can create a more secure work environment for your employees and promote professionalism in your company. Making badges for your company can be a costly endeavor if you create and print the badges at a local printing or office supply store. For a more cost-effective method of creating and printing corporate badges, make your own badges online. Many online printing companies use modern methods, such as file uploading and printing on demand, to make and ship the badges cheaply and quickly.
On the main page of the Easy ID Card website (see the Resources section), click on "Make ID Badge" at the top of the page. You will be directed to a page asking for your information, such as company name, email address and password. Fill in your information, and click "Submit."

Click on the "Corporate" badge link on the left of the screen. Select the style of badge that you would like your employees to wear. Each badge contains the same elements, including a badge ID number, employee picture and company name. Click on the picture of the design you like.

Customize your employees' badges using the template shown. Load the employee pictures, and enter the text for the badges as directed. When you are finished designing the badges, click on the "Save As" button at the top of the screen.

Name your badge file. Use your company name as an easy way to identify the order. Click the "Submit" button. Fill out the information to place your order, including the payment method, telephone number and shipping address, and then click on the "Submit" button to complete your badge order.
