      If your iPod Nano is locked up or is otherwise experiencing problems, you'll want to do a reset. It retains all of your songs and info, so don't worry!

      Your iPod may need to be reset for any number of reasons. Sometimes it doesn't respond appropriately to your button presses. Other times it gets stuck on an mp3 track, or is stuck in locked mode. Resetting it fixes most of these problems.

      Press and hold the Menu and Center buttons at the same time for about 7 seconds, at which time the the Apple logo should appear.

      Repeat the process if the Apple logo doesn't appear. If it's not responding to your input, and you can't reset it, you should try the following tips:

      1) Let the battery fully drain so that the unit turns off by itself.

      2) Plug it into iTunes and restore it.
