1. Take a look at the face of the watch. Along the bottom, it should have the words "T Swiss Made T." If it says anything like "Japanese Movement," it is a replica Tag Heuer.

2. Inspect the case with a magnifying glass. A Tag Heuer watch will be finished neatly and professionally around all edges around the watch.

3. Flip the watch over and examine the back of the watch face. There should be an authentic Tag Heuer logo, as well as a serial number listed underneath. This serial number is a clue that you have the real deal.
