Although Google's web searching bots catalog millions of websites every day, you may be frustrated to find that your web pages never come up in Google searches. To get your pages published on Google's search engine, you can submit your site's web address to Google. From there, Google's bots will visit your pages and index them into its search results.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the Google submission site (see Resources below) in any standard web browser.

  2. Step 2

Click on the "Add Your URL" link at the top of the page.

  3. Step 3

Type the web address of the homepage of your site into the "URL" field.

  4. Step 4

Enter a description of your site's content into the "Comments" field.

  5. Step 5

Complete the security check and click on the "Add URL" button. The web address will be added to Google's list of sites to index, and once a Google bot visits the site, it will be published to Google's search engine.
