How to Add A New Layout To Your MySpace Page

Do you want to add a new layout or background to your MySpace Page? If so, this article is a Step-By-Step Guide on how to decorate your MySpace page with a nice layout.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, it is always great to have a fresh look on your MySpace!

Things You'll Need

• A Computer With Internet
• An active MySpace account

Instructions

1. Go to www.myspace.com

2. Login to your MySpace account.

3. Minimize your MySpace window.

4. Go to the Internet (search engine-such as Google) and find a website that has free, cool layouts.

   Tip: Attached near the bottom of this article are some links with free layouts.

5. Browse through hundreds of choices of MySpace layouts.

6. Click on your new choice of layout.

7. Select and highlight the code (completely) that you want. COPY it.

   (Note: Highlight and RIGHT-CLICK with mouse and select COPY, if needed.)

8. Open up the tab for your MySpace again.

9. Go to your MySpace profile and pick EDIT PROFILE from the drop-down menu.

10. Next, go to the About Me section and DELETE any code that is in this box.

    (Note: if you do this, keep in mind it will erase any other graphics/comments that you have pasted in.)

11. RIGHT-CLICK on your mouse while your cursor is still in the About Me box.

12. Select PASTE from the drop-down menu.

13. Click on SAVE CHANGES button. (VERY important step)

14. To view your new main page layout.....DOUBLE-CLICK on view my profile.
    Your new profile should be displayed!!!
