How to Win The Pick 3 Lottery With 36 Numbers

1. Count how many times each number, 0-9, has hit in the last ten draws of either the midday or evening pick 3 lottery and note it on your paper. Now arrange the numbers in a column from least hit to most hit with the number that hit the least at the top and the number that hit the most at the bottom. If two or more numbers have the same number of hits then the number that is smaller, i.e. 5 is smaller then 7, goes on top.

   for example; 0 hit 4 times, 1 hit 2 times, 2 hit 7 times, 3 hit 1 times, 4 hit 7 times, 5 hit 4 times, 6 hit 3 times, 7 hit 2 times, 8 hit 4 times, 9 hit 2 times.

   you would arrange them like this:

2. Take the bottom two numbers, 4 and 2, these are your key numbers, and pair them with the middle two numbers, 0 and 6, and the first two numbers, 3 and 1. You should have nine pairs. 42-40-46-43-41-20-26-23-21

3. Take the nine pairs and make 3 digit combinations with the remaining four numbers, 5, 7, 8, 9, and you will end up with 36 different combinations.
   So 42 will become 425-427-428-429, 40 becomes 405-407-408-409, so on and so forth. the winning number will hit within 7 days. Once it hits start the whole workout over.

Tips & Warnings

• Most pick 3 lottery numbers that hit are 2 high and 1 low or 2 low and 1 high, so if you feel comfortable you can eliminate any combinations with 3 high, 5-9, or 3 low, 0-4.

• Back test this system in whatever state you play in to see if it works in that state.
