Things You'll Need:
- One bunch organic spinach One bunch organic kale One bunch organic broccoli One bunch organic carrots One organic onion Distilled water
-
Step 1
Clean each vegetable thoroughly. Cut off any inedible ends and finely chop the carrots, broccoli and onions. Cut the kale and spinach into small, easy-to-eat pieces.
-
Step 2
Use 2 gallons of distilled water. Distilled water is collected condensed water that has been boiled, so it is pure and lacks the minerals and deposits most bottled and tap water contains. Place the distilled water in a large pot and heat on high until it boils.
-
Step 3
Once the water is boiling, add the onion, carrots and broccoli. Let simmer for about an hour before adding the kale and spinach. Add the leafy vegetables and simmer covered for 1 hour.
-
Step 4
Place the soup in a large Tupperware container and keep in the refrigerator. If you run out of soup throughout the detoxification process, feel free to make more. You may eat as much of the soup as you'd like during your diet.
-
Step 5
Eat this soup three times a day for at least 3 days. After 3 days, you can incorporate more healthful foods such as fruit and lean protein into your diet. You may still want to eat the soup for at least one meal a day until your lymph nodes have drained completely.
