Apply sunblock with an SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 30 prior to going outside. The ultraviolet rays in sunlight tend to cause skin to age much faster. And staying out in the sun too long can increase the risk of skin cancer. Also, wear a pair of sunglasses to reduce squinting. Excessive squinting can lead to eye wrinkles and crow's feet.
