1
Make an appointment with a physician. A burning or tingling sensation in the feet may be a symptom of a much more serious condition. A doctor can make a firm diagnosis and set forth the proper course of treatment.
-
2
In the meantime, elevate your feet. Sometimes, doing this--especially after a long day of being on your feet--can help alleviate the burning and tingling sensation.

3
Apply a lotion, cream or spray. The burning and tingling sensation could be a sign that you have athlete's foot. A simple course of treatment would involve a lotion, cream or spray that can cure this sort of condition.
-
4
Take a prescription medication. For more serious cases of athlete's foot, you may need to begin taking prescription medication to clear up the condition.
-
5
Dust your feet daily with an anti-fungal powder. This is helpful for people who have had foot problems in the past, but can help to alleviate the burning and/or tingling sensation.
-
6
Soak your feet in a medicated foot bath. Sometimes, feet can become irritated and inflamed. A foot bath can often reduce irritation and inflammation.

Tips & Warnings
Wear sandals at your club or gym, in the showers and locker room. This doesn't necessarily relieve burning or tingling but will keep it from coming back or showing up in the first place. Wear loose, natural socks. Some people experience some burning and tingling sensations from wearing poorly fitted socks or those made out of synthetic fibers.
