Step 1
Register for an eBay account, if you haven't already done so. Sign into your account, then set up a seller's account, if necessary. To do this, enter your payment information on the account page of My eBay. You can use a credit card to verify your identity, or you can verify for a small fee if you don't want to provide your credit card information. Then select the types of payments that you will accept from your eBay buyers.
-
Step 2
Download and install the Turbo Lister 2 installation file. Start Turbo Lister and select "Set up a New Turbo Lister File." Enter your eBay user ID when prompted. Fill in your password in the "Turbo Lister Authorization" field to create an eBay token. Read the Turbo Lister terms and conditions and privacy policy. Click "I agree" if you wish to continue. Verify your eBay account information in the next window.

Step 3
Select either "Create a new item" or "Synchronize data with eBay." "Create a new item" will bring up the basic listing template. "Synchronize data with eBay" will download your current, sold and unsold listings from eBay. Select synchronize only if you are already selling on eBay or if you have sold there in the past few months. Be sure to include plenty of clear, bright images and a well-written, concise description of your item with your eBay listing.
-
Step 4
Create folders for your listings in Turbo Lister by clicking File > New > Folder. Name these folders by the month and year, by the names of the days of the week, the type of merchandise being sold, the name of your consignment clients or any other name that helps you easily find your eBay listings.
-
Step 5
Create templates for your items. Click File > New > Item to create a new eBay listing. When the listing is complete, select "Save as Template." Alternatively, you can select the "Listing Activity" link in the left pane to open one of your downloaded eBay listings. Right-click the item and select "Copy." Click on the "Inventory" link and select the desired folder. Right-click the workspace and select "Paste." Open the eBay listing, make any desired changes and select "Save as Template." Use your eBay templates by clicking File > New > Item from Template.
-
Step 6
Duplicate your templates to list multiple similar eBay items. Select the desired eBay tempate in Turbo Lister and click "Duplicate." Type the number of copies you want into the field and click "OK."
-
Step 7
Upload your eBay items. Select the items you want to list and select "Add to Upload." Select "Go Upload" in the next window. Click the "Calculate Fees" button to find the eBay fees for your selected items. If the eBay fees seem wrong, review them and edit your listings to remove any errors. Select "Upload All," "Upload Selected" or "Upload to Selling Manager" to send your listings to eBay.
