Get rid of products that contain peroxide as the sun can activate it and damage your hair deeply. The dried-out bits can split and cause hair to stop growing. If you're going to be out in the sun. Do this and your change will occur almost overnight.

Apply a hair-repairing shampoo and protein conditioner to begin restructuring and nurturing the hair. The shampoo should be used only once a week.

After rinsing out conditioner, apply a leave-in conditioner and coat well on the ends. Rub into hair or use a wide-tooth comb to evenly distribute.

Use mint oil conditioner once a week in addition to the hair-repairing shampoo. The soothing mint oil cools and gently repairs the hair scalp and follicle. After three weeks you should see significant results.

Apply a leave-in conditioner with UV protection before sun exposure and after swimming. The reverse won't be complete without constant vigilance to protect the hair.
