      Open Microsoft Word. Click the "Office" button, the round button with the Microsoft logo on it. Choose "New" on the drop down list. You can accomplish the same thing in earlier versions of Word by choosing the "File" and selecting "New."

      Scroll down the left hand side of the template dialogue box and choose "More Categories." Word presents you with a list of templates in this category. Scroll down to select "Stickers" and choose the template you want by double clicking it.

      Now you're ready to design your own template. You can delete the graphics and text in this template and replace it with your own custom photos or clip art. Word comes with a selection of clip art or you can use your own.
