Things You'll Need:
- Golden-yellow face paint(can be mixed from yellow and orange)
- White face paint
- Orange face paint
- Black face paint
- Makeup sponges
- Thin paint brush
-
Step 1
To start your cat face, get golden orange(mixing may be needed) on a sponge.
-
Step 2
Orange on top, white belowBeginning at the hairline, smear the color downward to the end of the nose. Spread it a little lower on the cheeks.
-
Step 3
Get white on a sponge.
-
Step 4
Color the lower half of the face with white, rising up to meet the golden color.
-
Step 5
Still using white, color the eyelids and make a white square of color rising up from the eyelid and over the eyebrow. Stop before hitting the hairline.
-
Step 6
Using a dark orange color on a sponge, place a heavy mark on the forehead, next to the eyes and at the corners of the mouth.
-
Step 7
Using black paint on a paintbrush, draw a black line from the inner corner of the eye, down the edge of the nose and round the line until you reach the corner of the lip. Do this on both sides.
-
Step 8
Draw little lines inside of the rounded shape. These are your whiskers.
-
Step 9
Paint the nose with black in an upside down triangle.
-
Step 10
Draw a line down from the center of the nose to the center of the upper lip.
-
Step 11
Paint the lips black.
-
Step 12
Draw a curving box around the inner side of the white square above your eye.
-
Step 13
Use a ‘feathery’ motion to close the white area. This is a series(usually three) of disconnected, swooping lines.
-
Step 14
Add spots as you see fit. What you do to one side, do to the other to maintain an image of symmetry, but it doesn’t have to be perfect.
-
Step 15
Mark black lines along the chin and jaw line on the white half of your face.
-
Step 16
